What are the shipping charges?

We provide FREE delivery on most items in India. Some items may have shipping depending on the nature of the product.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is within working days for domestic orders. All orders get shipped within 1-2 days in Hyderabad from the warehouse.
In other locations 2-4 days.

How are items packaged?

All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage.

How will the delivery be done?

If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, AFL, DTDC, DHL and Fedex. In some cases where the pincode/zipcode is not servicable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

All G4buy items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order. You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when your login.

RETURNS has a friendly return and refund policy to ensure your online purchase is free of stress. We offer "100% Buyer Protection Program" for our valued customers.

If you discover a defect in any product, please contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty.

Consumable products like Lingerie (bottom-wear), Inner-wear, Socks, Clothing Freebies, Home Care, Music, Movies, Baby Care Supply, Beauty and Grooming, Gift Cards, Food and Nutrition, Computer Software, CD/DVD, Cars, Two Wheelers, Lubricant, Oil, Cleaning solutions, Grease, Glue, Wax, Perfumes, Deodorants, Inks, Gels, Polish, Liquids, Personal Hygiene, Pet Hygiene/Grooming and Other Consumables, furniture/statues/paintings/temples (mandir) cannot be returned. Custom stitched products cannot be returned.

Wrong and Damaged product must be reported within 3(three) days from the delivery date accompanied with images of the product & product box.

We process a refund for your order only if we are not able to arrange a replacement. We process refunds when we receive your goods completely unused and accompanied with all the accessories.

Refund if any will be through online payment only. There is no cash refund.

All return request is either handled by our customer service through Call or email available on our site. Once we have received your confirmed request we will arrange reverse pick up of your product and will inform you of the pickup date and time. In the unlikely event when we are not able to arrange a reverse pickup at your location, we will intimate you and request you to ship the product to us. The courier charges would be reimbursed or discount coupon of equivalent amount would be given by us to you. The courier charges eligible for reimbursement are up to Rs.100 only.

The maximum time we take for refunds is 7 (Seven) working days.
